With over 100' of unobstructive views of the Gulf, Southern Breeze upon completion (Oct 2011) will be a 1600 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house comprising of all expected amenities in a beach front rental home. It will include a gulf side partially covered sun deck (47'x16'), walkout sliding glass doors from the gulf side master and guest rooms, as well as 2 sliding glass doors in the main living area. Southern Breeze is a family friendly, pet friendly, rental so that you, like us, can enjoy bringing your children and man's best friend with you to the beach.
